MPs opposed to removal of age limit have today [Wednesday] held a press conference at parliament to air out their descent and disassociation from the actions of their fellow stomach minded MPs.

Kampala central MP Nsereko, called on religious leaders to wake up from slumber and voice their views on the damning issue as they were on the marriage and divorce bill. He further told Museveni that by now he should be introducing a bill for his retirement.

MP Tinkasimire, called fellow NRM MPs Kadoma, or empty tins which makes noise without sense, He particularly pointed out MP Magyezi whom he said

“We need to change MP Magyezi’s name to Kadoma to mean one with no brains, for promoting removal of age limit”

MP Nambeshe made a revealation that NRM members have been splashed with huge sums of money for the age limit removal, amounting to over 800m

Verbatim

MP Nsereko: We are going to the gym, ready to flex and tear the motion on Thursday if it comes on the floor of Parliament.

MP Nsereko to Museveni: What you should be doing is introducing a bill for your retirement.

MP Nsereko to Ugandans: Call your MPs, make their phones busy demanding that they don’t touch the Constitution .

MP Nsereko to religious leaders: Where are you? Why haven’t you opposed the age limit removal ? You were vocal of marriage and divorce.

MP Nsereko: There is no way this bill will come to the floor of Parliament, we will grab it ,tear it and disrupt Parliament.

MP Nsereko: For the first time, Ministers wanted to introduce a private members bill ,showing a no vote of confidence in the cabinet.

MP Nsereko: Shame on those minds that closed themselves in the conference hall with the aim of removing the age limit from the constitution.

MP Nsereko: My first blame goes to Ugandans who voted for those NRM MPs who want to remove the age limit.

MP Nsereko: Most of the NRM MPs have questionable papers, they were let off to the noose by certain calls from people.

MP Niwagaba: Whoever wrote the novel, ‘cry beloved country’ ,must have had Uganda in mind.

MP Nambeshe: On the dinner of the national cake, is eastern Uganda among the waiters or under the table?

MP Nambeshe: Members have been splashed with huge sums of money for the age limit removal.

MP Nambeshe: Whenever an article will affect an individual in Uganda, it has to be removed from the constitution.

MP Felix Okot: It is in bad faith to amend the constitution for the removal of the age limit.

MP Ssekikubo: Why is Museveni going through surrogates,he should out to Ugandans about his life rule proposal.

MP Ssekikubo: Whereas sole candidature worked for Minister Anite’s career, it will not work for everyone

MP Ssekikubo to Ugandans: What has happened to this country , is everyone asleep?

MP Ssekikubo: Are members who support the age limit removal aware that their actions are treasonable?

Tinkasiimire :We need to change MP Magyezi’s name to Kadoma to mean one with no brains, for promoting removal of age limit.

  1. Fire in this case symbolizes anything that destroys. Thus, it could stand for corruption, lies, envy, immorality, hatred, and a host of others. Just as fire and grass are accessories to each other, the afore listed also have their own accessories or aids. For instance lack of transparency is an accessory to corruption, hatred of truth is an accessory to lying, discontentment is an accessory to envy and selfishness is accessory to immorality. So that if you lack transparency you can’t fight corruption; if you hate the truth you can’t fight liars and if you are selfish you have much in common with an immoral person, which is self-gratification. So it stands to reason that a person who wants to fight one must make sure he or she is not guilty of the same or similar issue. As they say in law, “He who comes into equity must come with clean hands.” Of course, no one is completely pure or perfect. So does it means it’s asking for an impossibility? No. Clean hands means, that person must not have a similar or same problem. You can’t solve a problem when you are yourself a problem. That will only complicate the problem or create more problems for yourself. When you fight fire with grass clothes you end up setting yourself ablaze. Be pure!
